Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a flexible cancellation policy to give you peace of mind when booking with us.

• Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 1 day (24 hours) before the departure time and receive a full refund.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund.

• Bank Fees: Please note that bank transfer or payment processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.

• Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen events such as accidents, natural disasters, storms, or government restrictions, you will still be eligible for a full refund, even if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of departure.

All refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of booking.
